with tahini, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla
Busy morning but tired of oatmeal and english muffin? Try this awesome, 5-minute coconut pumpkin porridge! No grains, no dairy, no soy, no sugar – just good-for-you delicious food.

1 Tbsp organic sesame tahini | 1/2 cup 100% canned pumpkin puree | 1/4 cup warm water | 1 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut | 1-2 tsp organic maple syrup | 1/4 tsp vanilla extract | 1/4 tsp cinnamon | coconut, raisins, nuts for toppings

Stir everything except the toppings together. You may heat it up a little either in the microwave or in a small pan on the stove. Transfer to serving bowl, top with dried fruit, coconut shreds or sliced nuts and spoon up!
I like this no-grain, no milk porridge warm and I also have it for dessert – you can basically eat it all day!
